Open the downloaded PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader or a dedicated desktop PDF viewer. In the print dialog, select "Actual Size" or "Custom Scale: 100%". Never select "Fit to Printable Area". Always measure the calibration square on Page 1 before proceeding.
Print Page 1 at 100% scale without page scaling. Check Metric box (50 mm x 50 mm) or Imperial box (2.0 in x 2.0 in = 50.8 mm) with a rigid ruler.

Stitch notion and scissor pockets to front cover exterior panel, dividing into slots with vertical topstitching. Press seam allowances.
Sew box corner seams on exterior canvas to create 3-dimensional rectangular dust cover shape. Press seam allowances.
Repeat box corner assembly for lining cover, leaving 10 cm turning opening on one bottom side. Press seam allowances.
Nest exterior into lining right sides facing, stitch bottom perimeter, turn right side out, and edgestitch bottom edge. Press seam allowances.
