Join neckband short ends into a continuous loop. Fold neckband right sides together and stitch center front at a 45-degree angle to create the V miter. Press seam allowances open.
Pin mitered point to center front V. Stretch neckband evenly around neckline and stitch with stretch stitch. Press down.
Insert sleeves flat into armholes right sides together. Stitch side seams in one continuous line right sides together, and press seam allowances.
Turn under 2 cm hem on sleeves and bottom curve. Topstitch with twin needle or narrow zigzag.
