Open the downloaded PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader or a dedicated desktop PDF viewer. In the print dialog, select "Actual Size" or "Custom Scale: 100%". Never select "Fit to Printable Area". Always measure the calibration square on Page 1 before proceeding.

Cut two main backing panels, one pocket strip, and one top protective flap from heavy canvas. Use chalk or fabric marker to mark vertical tool slot division lines (30 mm to 60 mm intervals) across the pocket strip.
Double-fold and topstitch top edge of the pocket strip with heavy-duty thread. Double-fold and topstitch bottom and side edges of the protective foldover flap.
Position pocket strip along lower edge of one main backing panel. Stitch vertical division lines through both layers, backstitching or bartacking securely at top pocket edge for strength under tool tension.
Position raw top edge of protective foldover flap along upper margin of the inner backing panel, facing down over the tool pockets. Baste in place.
Baste folded tie straps to one side edge. Place outer canvas backing right sides together over prepared inner assembly. Stitch all four edges leaving an 8 cm opening. Clip corners, turn right side out, press, and topstitch entire perimeter 6 mm from edge, closing turning gap.
