Tile Assembly Instructions

Align numbered registration marks and butt tile edges flush without overlapping untrimmed paper. Tape securely.

Step-by-Step Sewing Instructions

Draft construction notes. Readable online; review against the pattern pieces before sewing.

Staystitch & Shoulder Seams

Staystitch neckline edges. Align Haori Front Body and Haori Back Body right sides together at shoulder seams, stitch, and press seam allowances open.

Attach Continuous Neckband

Fold Continuous Neckband in half lengthwise wrong sides together. Align neckband raw edges to front and neckline opening right sides together, stitch, and press seam allowances inward.

Insert Kimono Sleeves

Pin Wide Kimono Sleeves flat to body armhole edges right sides together. Stitch sleeve seams and press seam allowances toward sleeves.

Close Side Seams & Hem

Align front and back right sides together. Stitch continuous side and sleeve seams. Turn under 2 cm on sleeve hems and lower body hem, press seam allowances, and topstitch neatly.
