Transfer the grown-on dolman extension guides to the Front Body and Back Body. Place the bodies right sides together, match the neckline, shoulder, and extension marks, stitch both shoulder seams with a stretch-compatible stitch, and press the allowances toward the back.
Join the Neckband short ends right sides together to form a loop, then fold it lengthwise wrong sides together. Quarter-mark the band and neckline and attach the band with even stretch, keeping the soft neckline curve flat.
Open the body flat and place each Sleeve against its extended shoulder and armhole edge right sides together. Match the center cap notch to the dolman extension mark, distribute the sleeve cap evenly, and stitch with a stretch-compatible stitch.
Fold the top right sides together and match the sleeve seams, underarm points, and body hem. Stitch continuously from each sleeve hem around the dolman underarm transition and down the relaxed side seam. Finish together and press toward the back.
Let the slouchy top hang before checking the final body length. Press the sleeve and body hem allowances to the wrong side and stitch with a twin needle, coverstitch, or narrow zig-zag while keeping the grown-on extensions free of ripples.
