Construct Square Neck Facing
Join front square neck facing to back square neck facing at shoulder seams. Stitch facing to bodice square neckline right sides together, pivoting sharply at corners with needle down. Clip precisely to corner stitches. Understitch facing and press seam allowances toward facing.

Assemble Puff Sleeves
Gather sleeve head. Gather lower sleeve hem edge and form casing for elastic. Insert elastic and secure.

Set In Sleeves & Close Sides
Set sleeves into armholes right sides together. Stitch side seams and underarms, and press seam allowances open. Hem bottom edge.
