Stitch left side seam right sides together and press seam allowances open. On right side seam, install invisible zipper down to hip notch and stitch remaining seam to hem.
Apply interfacing to waistband. Attach outer waistband to skirt waistline right sides together. Turn inner waistband under and stitch in the ditch.
Hang skirt on a hanger for 24 hours to allow circular bias fibers to drop and settle naturally.
Measure hem from floor evenly all around. Trim excess and sew a narrow 6 mm baby rolled hem.
