Align front tunic and Back Tunic on Fold right sides together at shoulder seams. Stitch shoulder seams and press seam allowances open. Assemble curved mandarin stand collar, stitch outer collar to neckline right sides together, and enclose raw edges.
Sew button tabs. Insert sleeves flat into armholes right sides together. Stitch sleeve and side seams right sides together down to side slit marks, and press seam allowances.
Turn under and topstitch side vents. Sew double fold hem along bottom edge, and press seam allowances.
