Cut crew front bodice, back bodice, short sleeves, and rib knit neckband with stretch crosswise. Press seam allowances.
Sew shoulder seams with right sides facing using stretch stitch or 4-thread overlock. Press seam allowances.
Join short ends of rib neckband to form loop, fold lengthwise wrong sides together, and stitch evenly to neckline. Press seam allowances.
Insert short sleeves into armholes flat, matching front and back notches. Press seam allowances.
Sew side seams and underarm seams in one continuous pass. Hem sleeves and lower hem with twin needle. Press seam allowances.
