Cut front legs, back legs, waistband, and pocket bags following grainlines. Interface waistband. Press seam allowances.
Stitch pocket bags to front leg pocket openings, turn right sides out, and understitch. Press seam allowances.
Sew front crotch seam and back crotch seam. Pin and stitch inseams with right sides facing from hem to hem. Press seam allowances.
Stitch side outseams from waist to hem, pivoting cleanly around pocket bags. Press seam allowances.
Attach waistband to upper trouser edge, insert elastic casing, and hem wide leg openings. Press seam allowances.
