Sew pocket bags to front leg pocket openings, understitch, and fold into position. Press seam allowances.
Align pieces right sides together and stitch front crotch seam and back crotch seam. Sew inseam from hem to hem. Press seam allowances.
Align pieces right sides together and stitch side seams catching pocket edges neatly in seamline. Press seam allowances.
Fold waistband casing, attach to shorts waist, thread elastic and drawstring, and turn up knee hems. Press seam allowances.
