Tile Assembly Instructions

Align numbered registration marks and butt tile edges flush without overlapping untrimmed paper. Tape securely.

Step-by-Step Sewing Instructions

Draft construction notes. Readable online; review against the pattern pieces before sewing.

Cut Pieces

Cut chore jacket front panels, back panels, two-piece sleeves, point collar, and patch pockets from sturdy canvas or twill. Interface the upper collar and front placket facing.

Patch Pockets

Press top hem of patch pockets under and topstitch. Position pockets onto marked locations on jacket fronts; double topstitch sides and bottom with reinforced bar-tacks.

Back & Shoulder Seams

Stitch center back seam with a flat-felled finish. Join front and back panels at the shoulder seams with flat-felled or serged seams.

Assemble & Attach Point Collar

Stitch upper and under collar right sides together along outer edges, trim corners, and turn right side out. Sandwich collar into neckline between jacket body and folded front facing, stitching securely across back neck.

Sleeves and Side Seams

Assemble two-piece sleeves along forearm and back seams. Set sleeves into armholes easing the cap, then stitch side and underarm seams in a continuous run.

Placket, Buttonholes, and Hems

Press front facing along fold line and edge-stitch. Stitch buttonholes on right front and sew shank buttons on left front. Hem sleeves and jacket bottom with a clean 15 mm fold.
