Cut Flannel Pieces

Cut front and back pajama legs, waistband casing, and side pocket bags from soft cotton flannel.

Pockets

Attach pocket bags to front side seams, turn right side out, and press.

Crotch and Inseams

Align pieces right sides together and stitch front crotch seam and back crotch seam. Sew inner leg seam from hem to hem.

Sew side outseams enclosing side pockets.

Attach waistband casing, thread elastic and twill tape drawstring, and stitch deep double-turn leg hems.
