Cut wide trouser legs, waistband facings, and deep side pocket bags from washed linen. Press seam allowances.
Sew pocket bags to front side notches, turn right side out, and understitch pocket opening. Press seam allowances.
Align pieces right sides together and stitch front crotch seam and back crotch seam. Sew inner leg inseam from ankle to ankle. Press seam allowances.
Sew side outseams enclosing side pockets. Press seam allowances.
Attach waist facing or band, finish neck and armhole edges, and hem wide cropped trouser legs. Press seam allowances.
