Imprimez à 100 % à taille réelle (sans ajuster à la page) et mesurez le carré de 50 mm avec une règle rigide.

Apply lightweight fusible interfacing to one Collar Leaf, one Collar Stand, the outer Sleeve Cuffs, and the marked front placket areas. Transfer every bust dart, waist-shaping dart, yoke notch, sleeve pleat, and button placement before removing the paper pattern.
Fold each dart right sides together along its marked legs and stitch from the wide end to the point. Secure the point without backstitching. Press bust darts downward and waist darts toward center, then compare the paired darts for equal length.
Fold the integrated placket on each Blouse Front along the printed fold lines, press, and edge-stitch the inner folded edge. Place the two fronts together to confirm that the finished lengths and overlap markings match.
Sandwich the upper edge of the Blouse Back Bodice between the outer and inner Back Yoke pieces right sides together. Stitch the seam, turn the yokes upward, and press without flattening the back waist darts.
Pin each front shoulder to the outer Back Yoke right sides together and stitch. Enclose both shoulder seams with the inner yoke using the burrito method, turn the blouse right side out, and press the completed shoulder seams.
Stitch the Collar Leaf pieces right sides together, trim the corners, turn, press, and topstitch. Baste the collar between the Collar Stand pieces, sew the stand around the collar, then attach the outer stand to the neckline and edge-stitch the folded inner stand in place.
Transfer each sleeve slash and wrist pleat. Apply a Sleeve Placket to the marked slash, cut only to the reinforced point, turn the binding through, and edge-stitch it flat. Baste the wrist pleats in the marked direction.
Set each Blouse Sleeve into the closed armhole, matching cap and armhole notches and easing only between the marked points. Stitch and finish the armhole seam, then sew each sleeve underarm and blouse side seam continuously with right sides together. Press seam allowances toward the back.
Construct each interfaced Sleeve Cuff, attach its outer layer to the pleated wrist, and edge-stitch the folded inner edge over the seam. Turn and stitch the blouse hem evenly, keeping both front placket ends the same length.
Mark closures from the printed pattern after the blouse has cooled from pressing. Sew buttonholes on the designated front overlap, collar stand, and cuffs, then attach matching buttons to the corresponding underlap positions.
